Civil Engineering is a professional engineering discipline that can truly and literally be hailed as the constructor of the pillars that holds the human civilization high. Dealing with the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Civil engineering is one of oldest engineering discipline and is made up of many different areas of studies.
Laboratories
Testing of Materials Laboratory
The laboratory setup is one of the most important laboratory setup in the civil engineering program. In this laboratory testing of different construction materials were conducted. Through the testing materials one can understand quality of construction materials as well as quality of structural elements like beam, slab, concrete girder etc. Through this laboratory overall quality of civil construction has been defined.
Our Programmes
B. Tech. Civil Engineering
Duration: 4 years
Eligibility: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. OR Passed Diploma examination in relevant branch of Engineering with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
Course Fees:
- INR 1,10,000 per annum for Indian Students
- INR 1,75,000 per annum for Foreign Students
B. Tech (Lateral Entry) - Civil Engineering
Duration: 3 years
Eligibility: Passed Diploma examination in appropriate branch of Engineering with at least 45% marks in aggregate. OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 45% marks in aggregate and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
Course Fees:
- INR. 1,10,000 per annum for Indian Students

M. Tech. Civil Engineering
Specializations: Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Transport Engineering, Hydraulics and Water Resources Management, Geotechnical Engineering2 years
Duration: 2 years
Eligibility: Minimum 50% marks in B. Tech (CE)
Course Fees:
- INR 90,000 per annum for Indian Students
- INR 1,20,000 per annum for Foreign Students
Ph.D - Doctor of Philosophy
Duration: 3 years
Eligibility: 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale in Masters Degree in the relevant subject
Course Fees:
- INR. 1,60,000 per annum for Indian Students
- INR 1,80,000 per annum for Foreign Students
Ph.D - Part Time
Duration: 4 year
Eligibility: 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale in Masters Degree in the relevant subject
